Is your body in balance or out of balance?

When our body is in balance with it's natural rhythms and processes we achieve "homeostasis" or internal balance. We feel energetic, vibrant, we sleep soundly, have good digestion, and we are able to chase our goals and dreams.

When our body is out of balance with it's natural rhythms and processes we encounter dis-ease or internal dysregulation, which causes us to feel sluggish, tired, unmotivated, unable to maintain a healthy weight, and the development of unpleasant symptoms

The Healing Power of Nature

Our body has an inherent healing power and innate wisdom. When we cut our finger the body intrinsically knows how to initiate the appropriate healing processes to facilitate repair. By supporting our body's natural vitality, through optimal diet, thoughts, movement, and lifestyle habits, the body can begin to restore and rebalance itself.

Holistic Health

Health is influenced by numerous factors including:

  • Physical factors (nutrition, movement, genetics, environment)

  • Mental factors (thoughts, habits, behaviours)

  • Emotional factors (stress, relationships, joy, support networks, hobbies)

  • Spiritual factors (purpose, legacy, spirituality)

Your body and your health is unique and multi-faceted, therefore your treatment will be personalised specifically to you, to restore balance in all areas of your life.

The Root Cause

One flaw of the modern medical model is the 'band-aid' approach to health, which can sometimes focus on the suppression of symptoms, without understanding the root cause of an illness. Without addressing the root cause, there may be a recurrence of symptoms or chronicity.

As a Clinical Nutritionist, I work with you at uncovering the root cause of your symptoms, and work with you to restore balance.
