What is Clinical Nutrition?

As a Clinical Nutritionist I utilise a holistic approach to support my clients with their health and healing. A holistic approach involves looking at the whole person including one's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. I utilise the most up-to-date, scientific and evidence-based research to promote the best possible health outcomes for my clients.

Dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations are tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Ongoing support and guidance is provided throughout your journey to wellness.

Functional Testing

Nutritionists utilise an array of assessment and testing tools to comprehensively investigate a client's symptoms. Functional testing allows for a deeper look into your health, by assessing how a particular organ or tissue functions.
